AkiNa Ventures (“AkiNa Ventures”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a digital reseller based in Paramaribo, Suriname. We sell:

• Prepaid mobile top-ups for Surinamese carriers (currently Digicel and Telesur).
• Digital gift cards for international brands such as Apple, Amazon, Netflix, PlayStation, Google Play, Spotify, Steam, Xbox, Nintendo, and others.

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By using the site, you represent that the information you provide at checkout — including phone number and email address — is accurate and complete.

• All prices are displayed in Surinamese Dollars (SRD) or US Dollars (USD), as indicated at checkout.
• We accept payments through MoPé (Hakrinbank), and through PayPal or credit card via Paddle.
• An order is not accepted until payment has been verified by our payment partners and the product has been delivered. Pricing displayed at checkout is final and binding once payment completes.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Where an order is cancelled before fulfilment, payment is refunded in full.

All products sold by AkiNa Ventures are digital goods. Mobile top-ups are credited directly to the recipient's phone number; gift card codes are emailed to the address provided at checkout, typically within minutes of payment confirmation.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct phone number and email address. AkiNa Ventures is not liable for losses or non-delivery arising from incorrect details supplied by the customer. Please double-check your details before submitting an order.

The trademarks, logos, and brand names of third-party gift card issuers (such as Apple®, Amazon®, Netflix®, PlayStation®, Xbox®, Steam®, Google Play®, Spotify®, Nintendo®) are the property of their respective owners. AkiNa Ventures distributes these products through authorised channels and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these brands unless explicitly stated.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or the resale of products in violation of the original issuer's terms. We may cancel orders and disable accounts where misuse is suspected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AkiNa Ventures' total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or service interruption.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Refund eligibility is limited because we sell digital goods that are fulfilled instantly. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Suriname, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Paramaribo, Suriname.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version is always available on this page, and the “Last updated” date above tells you when the policy last changed. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
